Bajaj Dominar 400 Overview:
The ‘Dominar’ name has been derived from Spanish and it means ‘to excel or exceed in power.’ and thus the Dominar 400 is Bajaj’s most powerful motorcycle till date. Bajaj first showcased the Dominar 400 at the Auto Expo 2016 in February as the Pulsar CS 400 concept. With the new Dominar 400, Bajaj has created a new family of motorcycles, adding to their existing Pulsar, Discover, Avenger, and V.
Speaking on the launch of the Bajaj Dominar 400, Eric Vas, President, Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto said, “We believe that a high quality product with the latest technology and offering high performance should be accessible, unlike what many think that high quality and premiumness is also expensive. So we’ve priced it at Rs 1.36 lakh to make it accessible to a wide range of customers.“
Bajaj Dominar 400 Design:
The styling of the Bajaj Dominar 400 is sharp with a mass forward design language that retains the muscular and aggressive lines which seem to have been inspired from the stunning Ducati Diavel and the sporty styling will appeal to youngsters especially. The design is attention seeking and mixes a sports bike style with the stance of a cruiser. The Bajaj Dominar 400 will come with a wheelbase of 1453mm and will be 2156mm in length, 813 in width and 1112mm in height. Moreover, the ground clearance of the Dominar 400 is 157mm.
